My C905 takes good pics but i think that they could be sharper, Here is an example of a pic taken in very good sunny conditions:- It's not very sharp is it considering the conditions.

Control your EV. If you lower your EV 1 or 2 steps you'll get better contrast and colours. Better contrast also means sharper looking photos. You can also automatically adjust your EV by pointing at bright/dim areas before pointing at the actual subject you intend to shoot. Good luck

It shouldn't be dirty as the phone is brand new but if it dirty what's the best thing to clean it with? I don't want to damage the Lens.

I have cleaned the lens and have just taken a few more pics, They still don't look sharp do they considering it is very sunny outside.

Make sure your lenses are completely clean. You may clean them with alcohol and cotton.

This is a typical problem in SE camera phones. Only C901 and Elm have decent sharpness levels. Even the Satio sucks at it. You can look for a modded camdriver with higher sharpness levels.
