i cant update my x2 |

hi everyone
am having trouble with my x2 when i wana do the update always give me failed installation i cant do anything
my battery up 85 and sometimes 100 % but no use
can anyone help me plz.. |

change usb port,plug in you cable in another usb port,not same where u are using xperia pc suite...l have same problem,after l have changed usb phone updated full and all went ok |

crush your system on pc and install fresh copy of windows if u are user of windows...try to update on another PC |

i tried it also but also no use i tried to update it in three diff PC but no use |

wow....try deferent usb cable for x2 another if u can find..the soft reset and full reset from phone settings menu..if that all not help then u have malfunction hardware some is wrong in usb connector in phone.. |

how can i perform full reset ?

my phone also fail to install the new MR1 update but the funny thing is i restarted the phone and i'm on the new software.. |

I have the exact same problem with my X2. Though I have successfully preformed the first upgrade, it failed me on MR1. I have tried various PCs (Windows XP, vista, 7 32 or 64 bits) but all failed as soon as it starts installing on the phone. I am certain that something is wrong with the phone itself.
