Hey guys,

I tried to do a search, but it did not yield any results. Is there any way I can block callers that have restricted numbers? It's really annoying me. All my friends are sooooooo jealous of my t68i, especially when they saw my mp3 player. If there is only a way in which I can block restricted numbers, I would be the happiest mobile phone user in the world (glad i dumped my nokia phone!).

Thanks,
Ron
Peace out!

It might be possible to phone up your operator and get them to trace that specific number and block it, but then your friend would never be able to phone you again, as it would be unlikely that your operator would go through all the trouble of tracing the caller then to unblock them again.

Hmmmm... I'll call my AT&T tomorrow. Maybe they can do something about it.

You could create a list of people to accept calls from, then select the "only from list" option, so only people on that list will be able to phone you.

Using the built-in filtering but it would also not ring if a number not on the list called. This is possible on land lines but i have never heard of it on a mobile

Create a caller group with all the numbers that you want to be able to ring you in it.
Then you can set the phone so that it will only ring if a number in your caller group phones you.
I have every number appart from work in mine, then when i pull a sickie they cant get through!! Every one else can still phone me though.

It's Anonymous Call Barring, it blocks callers that withhold their number (nuisance/telesales calls) although not every company provides it...
