they sent me a email with 4 codes

tried all of them and said unsuccessful turned phone off then back on and VOILLA it got signal straight away

All i did was put a different sim in and it asked me for network code

i must admit i shat my pants after the third attempt but i entered each of the codes only once

i inputted them but did not work...
will try a second time....

make sure you have a different sim in

I input the following

CCK first
SPCK Second
NSCK last

dont remember putting nck in

well they took my money but did not confirm the order... nice !:

Guys... I'm a proper noob to all this but... is it safe for me to also try those codes posted above?

I have purchased the white X10 in the UK from Orange, just tried to put my Vodafone SIM in and its asking me for a SIM Network Unlock PIN. All previous handsets from Vodafone have been unlocked but had the Voda logo them.

This handset from orange has no Orange logo but is locked up WTF!

So anyway, while im lookin at this SIM Unlock PIN entry screen, can I safely try those codes?
Do they stand a chance of working?

Oh and while im here... how do I enter letter characters when the keypad is only showing me numbers?
