umm not to be rude but you can unlock the satio for free..

It costs me to do the unlock so I wont be able to make it free. I have added Se Vivaz support. |

When you say unlock , you mean hack or unlock SIM card? |

The way i unlock these phones is via setool box and this is the reason for me charging to unlock. There is no free way. 
Unlock means that your phone can use any network. |
