Or I think deep reformat will solve the case. . . Turn off ur cp then press & hold these 3 keys(the call(green) key, the number 3 key, the asterisk key), then turn on, never unhold those keys unless if the display formatting. . . or gmt appears, then try to access thy menu, that's what I think & don't try this procedure immediately, we might don't know if this is a natural mechanism of the said app, baka may nakakaalam if ano ung na-dl mo.
