Can't charge C901 |

Hey guys
I've got a 901 Greenheart which suddenly stopped wanting to recharge. I thought it was the battery actually, so I got a new one. But I've got the same problem with this new one. It shows the recharge icon for 1 second, and then stops.
I tried with the normal adapter, and the USB cable with the same result. Now my phone is completely dead, but when I put in the USB cable or adapter, the red diode on the left is on.
Is there anyting I can do, besides returning it to rep?

I never charge my c901 via a cable anymore, i use one battery during the day whilst the other is charging at home in the CBC 100 (charges battery on its own) so i never run out of charge 
Its a great gadget, from  website you cant get it for ~ £15
You could probably fix the problem with SEUS, but you would need to charge it up first, which would require this accessory.
Probably the best option is to return it, where did you buy it from?

You better send it back. Looks like your fastport is broken.
Did you try cleaning it?

I know I have had that problem before with the fast port whereby i had to wriggle the charger about to get it to work  God I hate the fast port cannot wait for the new standard charger across Europe to come in

I have used a damp cotton bud before it works
