My Infra red port keeps deactivating |

Hi all when i try to enable my infra red port it suddenly deactivates itself
i dont know whats happened and could some body tell me why??? thanks phil |

If you are talking about the Infared port on your T68i, maybe it deactivates itself after 10 minutes as the "On for 10 minutes" option is on. So it stays on until you deactivate it maunally, go to Menu- Connect- Infared Port- On

no its not that even when i go on receive item the infra red icon dont show up
and its tells me as well infra red dectivated

Tips, check if cable or accessaries connected to the universal connector. Bluetooth activated?

Yes, no IR activiation when accessary connected.
