I have K800i CID53 phone. I flashed it with FAR+JDFlasher. now it relocked.
Can I unlock it with Simlock patch generator and FAR+JDflasher
Simox says it support DB2020 CID53
I can use FAR+JDFlasher with AllCID to make K800i CID53 patchable.

Yes, just generate a simlock patch with it and patch it using the this tutorial.

Only possible if you have a sim that the phone is locked to  If you have then you're ok.

I have no original SIM that phone was locked to.
I uploaded files to FS. but how I run this file from phone ?
any way to access phone menu without Original SIM ?

Nope. Options:
1. Pay for full unlock
2. Pay for CID downgrade.
3. Pay for a Turbo sim
No free way to unlock I'm afraid.
