1) Kinetic scrolling throughout the whole UI
2) Upgrade to Symbian ^3 (the phone can handle it; has the graphics and processor power)
3) Correct the issues with T9 dictionary
4) Make phone faster
5) Give Vivaz home screen
6) Kinetic scrolling when using the Internet
7) Flash lite 3.1 also flash 10.1(as adobe have confirmed phones with arm a8 cortex clocked 600MHz + will get this) integrated throughout whole UI including Internet
 Media search function in media player
9) Make phone louder ( loudspeaker when receiving call, when playing music out loud)
10) Voice dialing
11) Smileys and animation in SMS messaging
12) HD or WVGA recording with auto continuous focusing
13) Visualizer in music player
14) Ability to update firmware via FOTA
15) Better picture quality and faster camera menu
16) Settings in Media Menu ( change back picture, theme etc.)

18) Increase sharpness (Photos)

If HD recording would end up like i8910hd will u stand for it?
I'm not just preferred steady WVGA and continuous focus if not hardware limited probably most interesting upgrade

Kinetic and better search menu in phonebook and media home will appreciate
EQ and Stereo widening also needed, Visualizer not for me is kind of battery draining
newer flash version supported
In recent call page make it for more eyes-candy with symbol of call in green received in blue missed in red make it more easily to notice

In music player I just want to access currently playlist for more comfortable, like old day of my a200
today I'm just always enter library to pick new songs that's bit awkward
and also more manageable while I want add tracks to currently playlist not creating new one that's uncomfortable
If possible please remove basic controller under cover, increasing cover size
and change to swipe left for back right for next press cover one time for pause twice for stop
why they should do this? because it design U1 under "Entertainment Unlimited" make it for all rounder phone real all rounder

why should they apply all of these new funtions in a old phone? Makes no sense. If they keep upgrade the old models, who will buy the new ones? The Satio is dead before its been finished.
I learn more and more about less and less, until i know everything about nothing. |

Keep dreaming on that list... SE probably give you 1or 2 things from it in the next update...and if you want some more 10 you will have to buy a Satio2 ... If you want all the things in the list then you have to buy a phone from another brand (nokia or samsung) but for sure you will have other problems! lol |

They should fix the "Certificate Expired" problems.
I am the one with this problem's people.
I can't install any .sis / .sisx files and it show me "Certificate Expired".
Take google map as an example.
Actually we should succesfully install the app without self-sign the app.
But when i install the app it show me "Certificate Expired"...So sad.
I can't install Helloox too....
my smart phone just like a simple mobile phone now .... |

He is correct i havent seen any smiley icon on any S60 OS
For the guy cant install HelloOX try to do a hard reset and reinstall again

So finally we have a equalizer for satio! There is no manual eq but megabass works like a charm  now they just need to add a search option on media player and fix the t9 bug |

UIQ runs on top of Symbian.. just like S60 does... get your facts straight. they are both Symbian.. smileys and animation is just software.. anything can be done in software
it is obvious that symbian s60 and symbian uiq are both symbian, but they are different!
symbian s60 has never had the smiles.
from the beginning with the Nokia 7650, so far with the various samsung hd, satio, nokia x6, n97 etc. ...
s60 symbian^1 s60 platform does not and has never had the smiles. they will be implement perhaps on symbian ^ 3 or symbian^4.
Meanwhile if you want them, install a software, as always has been done for 10 years now. |
