Hi,
I have a major problem. My w910i randomly restarts. I live in the UK and this only happens with a O2 sim. I've tried a Orange and a Vodafone sim and both of these work fine. I've also tried different firmware but still keeps restarting.
Any ideas.

Thats really strange i hope you work out the problem. I say this cos I had that problem with an old sim free K800i except it kept restarting with the white screen of death with an Orange sim. All other sims it was fine

That bug is rare. Did you try another o2 sim? Or it happens with that o2 sim only?

kamal825, in Bulgaria have the same problem with W910. The phone does not restart literally, but only refreshes. Screen turns black and then search coverage (network) .

I think it's a problem with flash. it only happens when I have a flash picture as my wallpaper. If the Don't have a picture as a wallpaper then the phone is fine. I just went a day without the phone restarting. |

Why don't you update the firmware of the phone?
Use SEUS from www.sonyericsson.com to do a update of your phone firmware (software)...
That may solve your issues if you are running an older version of firmware on your phone.
P.S. Use MyPhoneExplorer to backup all data from phone before performing the firmware update.

I have a very similar issue with my W995.
randomly restarts itself, a full power down and on again job as well.
no pattern to it at all, unbranded with generic and latest firmware is on it. |
