nasa computer na kasi yun autorun, well para mapigilan dapat malinis yung computer bago ikabit ang flash drive ganun lang.

In your pc, type gpedit.msc, go to administrative templates->system->turn off autoplay. Check it. This will disable the autoplay function of Windows, and the virus could not spread in the pc.
You can also tinker with your registry but it may damage your pc. Stick to safe computing and anti-virus.
This is the trick. You can delete virus in your mmc by this method.
1. Download any file manager like MobyExplorer, BluFTP, X-plore.
2. Explore your mmc. It is labeled as E:/ in your phone.
3. Find the Recycler folder, explore it, until you find the folder named JVX...
4. Depending upon the File Manager you used, change the properties of the folder by unchecking the 'Hidden' attribute, and checking 'Read' and 'Write' attribute. Do this to all suspicious folders.
4. Then, delete the Recycler folder and find autorun.inf. Then, remove it by following step 3 and 4.
5. Congratz. Your mmc is now clean. You might do this to all kinds of memory cards and phones.[ This Message was edited by: peeyaj on 2010-03-10 12:02 ]

yah right filexplorer lang katapat sa mmc ng phone,but sa s60 platform just delete it no need to use 3rd party apps.

yan gamit ko sa amin..
aside from diasbling autorun, it can also detect and remove viruses and worms....

bawat lagay ko po kasi ng usb, kusang nagkacopy yung autorun at may mga kasama pang files na iba. anu po gagawin para maalis yun sa computer? |

Dpat ung app access nka allow lalo n yung add and edit data..
Then open file explorer..
Then punta k dun sa autorun.inf ...
Then hit options>properties>then uncheck everything na may check..then you can erase that stupid file...hehe...
Kapagod magtype sa phone..

sa gallery ng mmc mo. Usually di kumakalat ang virus sa phone memory ng s40. Lahat ng folders/files na di mo ginawa, malamang virus yun. Example. Music.exe, funnyscandal.exe, jvx.exe, etc
