Anyone managed to get this working?
I have paired my phone & notebook and loaded the software and setup the ports so they are the same (com5).
When i try and sync it can't see the phone.
Any ideas? |

I have spent many hours on this one.
Open your bluetooth software on pc/laptop manually select serial port 2 and connect it. Make sure the other ports, dial up networking etc are NOT connected.
Open XTND and select sync.
It may take a while for it to find your phone but it should eventually. This seems to be a prob with the SE software.
I am using a Xircom pc card BT adapter and a prog called Blueview but I assume they all operate on a similar basis.

yeah, the SE software is quite a bitch 2 work with
i also spend hours trying 2 find the correct answer...
