Hi everybody!

I can't install Satio driver on Windows XP SP3. I followed the install instructions on SE homepage, already installed 2 hotfix for Windows XP but still got problem. Now i can only use Mass Storage mode not PC Suite mode.

Who have any ideals of this problem please help me.

Thanks.

If you are talking about Media Service , yes I am also facing this same problem. I think with latest Windows update (I do not know which hotfix) this problem is creeping in. I clearly remember using the Media Service option to connect to my laptop as it makes both phone and memcard available at same time on Windows Explorer. But now have to use only Mass Storage. No one could give me a clear solution not even SEUS. Hoping with latest update and Media Server enabled, this problem will be resolved.

I am facing the same problem with W995 also. So may be it is Windows problem.

I had the exact same problem except I'm on XP sp2. Tried all the hotfixes recommended and nothing but following a whole host of M$ updates the other day I decided to try again and noticed that SE had upgraded PC Suite to v.6.011.00. Everything is now running swimmingly although the first sync with Outlook completely screwed every entry in my calendar but it's behaving now.
