IMHO the best is to restart the phone to give RAM free and to clear browsers cache.

clear your cache and then move it from c to e
use a task manager to close open apps that you don't use.
use symbian tool (thumbkiller- optimizer - quick defrag) |

your phone must be hack.
clear your cache or with your browser or manually, you find it in C\\system\\cache
put this file
