Just wanna know if its possible that OM 2.06 would work on touch mobile?.. If it is, pakituro nmn poh.. Kasi everytme i insertd my tm sim, GPRS active po xa.. Thanks a lot. |

hmm.. I never encounter a touch mobile before, but if you can post the configuration of that phone here, and let us try to put the required values there.

i'm using a n6600 phone.. With OM 2.06 working on globe.. What configuration you ask? The settings that i use to connect?:) thanks a lot for entertaining.. |

As far as I know, I'm a TM user long ago, and the GPRS feature of TM is not meant for browsing, yes it is active but it is intended only for MMS purposes and yet no access for browsing/surfing.
I don't know if that remains the same until now but try to connect to the wapsite by using your built in web or hold 0(zero) in standby, if that connects then there should be no problem using Globe config settings in your om2.06.

i see.. I've tried it but it wont connect.. I've read a thread on other site that they can connect using the MMS trick.. I haven't tried it since the tutorial is on om 4.2.. Thanks anyway for the info. |

That MMS trick is risky though, you need to make your MMS somewhat like unlimitedly activated by loading then sending multiple MMS or calling the cust service operators and trick them to activate the MMS feature... |

i suggest to use globe instead, it cost roughly 40php globe tatoo sim, im currently using it now with n3100 phone.

can i join here? hi hi. you really love your 2.06 eh dannisa? as far i know you get a gprs signal on tm sim if your load is below 20. sir litemint and sir gonz are both right in suggesting that the only way to go is the risky mms trick. go for globe with zero load. where's my hanky... |

Hey everyone. thank you for taking time to read and reply on my post.. I'm currently using globe now to browse.. Just curious if touch mobile is possible just like talk n text in smart buddy.. how about using sun cellular on Om 2.06? If it is can i know the settings?:) muahh.. |
