Hi everyone, I want to say something about sony ericsson service. IT SUCKS!!!!! I live in the netherlands and I have a T68i. At one day the vibra function didn't work anymore and I brought it back to the store. they send it to the service piont and a few days later they send a letter back. They DON'T want to repare the phone and even worse, they want to charge me 30 nice EURO!!!!!! because they looked at it!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! I called sony ericsson and they said they same thing!! Seems that water damage is not included in the waranty service!! I is probable caused by sweat or tempature changes. HOLY SHIT!!! What kind of nice phone is that!!!
so my advice is, whenever you bring something back, make shure the inside is clean and doesn't contains water. Or else they are going to rip you off!!!!!!

nothing strange about it...a phone damaged by liquid is not covered by warranty (and it's clearly written in the warranty conditions which can be found in the manual)... |

I think that's rather logical that water damage doesn't fall under warranty.... |

I think your servicepoint is a bit lazy and they think that you are stupid... In Turkey, most of the people don't know it but it is in the laws; the seller or the servicepoint must fix the thing (mobile phone in this case) whether charging money or for free if it is under guarantee... Send it here. :-o.

If my phone really fell in the water or somthing like that then ok, i understand. but that didn't happen. they only opened it and saw some fluid and closed the damn thing and charge me 30 euro!!
they didn't even looked at the nice vibra motor. nice bastards. |

water damage does not fall under the remit of a guarentee. ever. it is only for manufacturing problems, ie, they built the thing badly.
no manufacturer accepts water damage as a warranty fualt.
they don't make them like they used to |
