No there isn't. But there's a profile switcher, an application.

My X10 mini pro has gone for warranty service because the rear loudspeaker stopped working. I could not hear the phone ringing nor the music playing through it. I hope to receive it back soon, I wonder if anyone else has experienced similar problem with the phone.

The x10 mini pro has had that firmware for a couple of weeks now. Only difference over the previous firmware was the addition of some new widgets.
I've had it installed on my mini pro for a few weeks now but my mini always said its got the latest firmware. Will check my mini again when I get home.

Hoping the Android 2.1 update comes soon now.

I'll also check my mini pro for 1.1.A.0.8 as well. Seems like the mini pro is getting newer firmware updates before the mini. Would have thought they would both be on the same version each time.

Nah. There are non-PRO minis with newest FW and there are PROs who are stuck with 1.1.A.0.8. The FW was released simultaneously fo both, its just that som PRO and non-PRO minis can update to it and others can't for unknown reason.

It might be a language pack issue... or a country restriction perhaps?

My pro says Baseband Version: Unknown. Is that bad?

1.1.A.0.8 build.

edit: Just saw Rookwise's post in the other thread. So it's common.

Found at Mobile Reviews forum.

Free translation.

2.1
----
BT file and contact transfer.
More e-mail accounts.
Social phonebook (syncs FB and Twitter contacts with pictures).
Something about restructured menus or menu guides (whatever that means).
Simpler customization of the four corners.
HTML5 support for better browser experience.

2.1x
-----
Seems yet another update will follow the first one:

Something more about the 4 corners will be enhanced (does not say what).
Extended support for languages.

My Mini Pro has had 1.2.A.1.174 installed for quite a few weeks now. I tried my Mini (non PRO) at the same time and it was showing that 1.2.A.1.174 wasn't available (at that time). Both phones are sim free UK spec handsets.

I've just checked the software update via OTA and it said that both phones have the latest firmware. However. I ran SEUS via my laptop and the PRO doesn't have a new update as yet wheras the Mini has. SEUS has now installed 1.2.A.1.174

Oh BTW. I dont know if people have noticed. In this new firmware. There is a kind of profile switcher built in via a widget. On Standby. Press the menu button and then select Arrange Widgets. Select Add Widget and scroll down to the Status Switch widget. Its similar to the Power Control widget except it allows you to turn Data Roaming off, Enable Flight Mode and also change from speaker to vibrate or silent settings.
Good addition IMO

EDIT:
Just thought. 1.1.A.0.8 firmware was the previous version before 1.2.A.1.174. No wonder there wasn't an update for my Mini PRO and my standard Mini was already running 1.1.A.0.8 before updating.

Does anyone know if I can get SE's Chinese HWR thing installed on my X10 mini pro? I have a U20a and it doesn't come with it.

I did an uppdate to ...174 via seus.It was on 103 mb.I think its a part of a preload for eclair. To make 2.1 more OTA friendly.

1.2.A.1.174 has been around for weeks now. Looking forward to v2.1 - and hoping that SE replaces that blue interface colour with something cool like black.
