Why is baterry indicator not in the same place independent of the screen you are on?
This is not cool. Some elements should have a fixed position (unread messages icon, signal, baterry...) within the UI. I want to get used to their position very quickly, so I could know where to look BEFORE I turn the screen on. I do not want to chase them over the screen.
It may seem petty, but this details make the difference between good and great.

Don't worry S^3 is yet to be hardened and soon will. IF these shots are indeed of S^4 don't worry that won't be hardened until near late 2010 and won't ship until 2011. They have PLENTY of time before things like this to be ironed out. This of this as prior to Alpha Stage.
