restrict outgoing calls? |

hi,
I want to be able to restrict the outgoing calls completely. So, if i want to make a call then a pincode must be entered and then the call can be made and if the code is wrng then the call cant be made. I tried doing the Menu>settings>managecalls>restrict calls> all outgoing. But when i enter any pincode i get an error saying "all outgoing command error". I currently hve a w595 and if it worked would this work, if this sim was put in any other phone, I mean would it ask for a pincode again or would I have to set tht up separetly on that phone? | |
