I'm buying on ebay this week as I'm selling my W995. How can I tell if it's refurbished here's one:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sony-Er[....]bilePhones?hash=item4a9e3a97cb

It says it's been reconditioned but some that may be new might not be?

How do I know I'm buying a new one? Do the new ones come with a seal?

One final question is Orange the only one who use the sticker on the phone? Vodafone, 3, O2, T Mobile are they all sticker free?

i notice in the example you gave that the included items does not mention the 8mb memory, make sure it is included, it is dodgy to buy anything from ebay although you are protected with paypal to a certain extent, the only thing I am always warry of is stuff that is advertised as new unused, if you buy something like this and discover the camera isn't working or similar it could be argued that the seller was unaware of this, in saying that paypal are quite good with covering your transaction and refunding, just make sure you do everything by the book.

Thanks.

I did my own observations and some have the seal still on it.

Am I right in saying:

Voadone satios are unlocked, no stickers but need unbranded?
3 has a network logo
Orange has a logo
O2 comes logo free?
T Mobile has a logo?
