[Help]Unable to open my sim's menu! |

It started when I downloaded at my sim the menu where I am able to make requests for gprs activation coz my phone goes crazy(gprs conn. symbol were not appearing)in that time, & when it suddenly came back, when I tried to access my sim menu, it suddenly turns off, maybe its due to its memory capacity, what should I do guys! TIA for the help and pardon me for my english, jeje.
