Even if you go into the about section it says it's nokia.... Please don't tell me I have bought a nokia! It makes those weird nokia noises though doesn't it! and the layout for the file menu is destroyed... I can't seem to find message center number details anywhere... Hmmm..........

And which is owned by Nokia, though it's open source. Real pity imo

Is the X10 a Nexus (Google own Android) this is the problem when SE decided (lapsed into) giving up their own unique OS/UI now they're trying to differentiate themselves on Google's palying field.

Should've said on Google's and others playing fields..................(MS too)

Going forward actually Symbian (because it is) offers more hope of a genuinely open platform rather than the mothership deciding which manf. is the favoured partner of the month.

Also obviously all the Lin_x variants

If it looks like a Nokia (OS) and it quacks like Nokia...

I agree with SnoFlake and I bet SE wish they supported UIQ better

It's not what you do or even how you do it but in what state of mind you do it: Dups! 2009

I've had a 30 sec play with one, if you covered up the name I would say NOKIA. I don't think se should have used symbian (or whatever it's called, not so good with this stuff) or they should have at least added in the usual se quirks. If anyone is buying this because they are used to the se ui then they are wasting they're time unfortunately.

It's probably more of a strategy than a blunder on SE's part if it's so Nokia-esque. That's the first thing that came to mind as I read through this thread
