Aino is only 1 year old now. Last FW was in April, we still owe 2 or 3 major improvements.

Actually, the post wasn't empty...I just had difficulty getting the quote in the correct position! Here's what I wrote at the time.

"Another week later and my phone has still not needed rebooting! So it seems I've fixed the screen freezing problem. It was probably a conflict with a previous app I was running all the time. Also, I removed my screen protector and the screen is so much more responsive. Almost as good as the X10 mini!"

Now, to add to that. Yesterday my screen froze for the first time since reinstalling the firmware 3 weeks ago. It seems a hell of a coincidence, but the day before I reinstalled my Altec Lansing Backbeat Bluetooth headphones into the phone. If the screen continues to give me problems, I will assume there's a conflict between the phone and the headphones and I will delete them.

eh.... no. that was a technical support forum, which i heard from my friend in Malaysia(i live in Malaysia) said that forum's moderator only reply beyond these few main point:a.) try to restart your phone, b.) try to master reset ur phone, c.) try to update your phone using SEUS or FOTA and last!!! "plz kindly send your phone to local care centre for repair that one. LOL. i mean that web site or forum that the sony will listen for their phone customer's ideas about their product. Hope i didn't make u confuse. ^^

The only other option is to send them an Email. Though you'll get a standard answer.
SE won't listen but spread your ideas (in related topics) and some of it must get into a SE office somehow.
