am i able to? thought CPW had changed their policy on returning PAYG phones.
It was bought on virgin, if anyone knows if I can return it then I will do that instead

cheers mate. Thats mainly for online stuff though where you are covered by distance selling regs.
I will give the store a call in the morning and see if i can return it. I know it depends on what network you bought the phone on, as they did tell me this in the past but cant remember exactly which networks you were allowed to return PAYG and which you couldnt.
So I think this should be locked for now until I know what is happening with CPW

as mentioned in previous post, I am going back to CPW tomorrow to see what they say about returning it, if they say no then its yours for £100, will update this post tomorrow once I have been in contact with CPW
