Kindly help me. I updated my w580 and ended up with "insert correct sim card" everytime i switch ON the phone.

How do you know its cid53? If he used SEUS then it will but patching unlocking cid53 without a sim that the phone is locked to is impossible. Only way then is a paid unlock or cid downgrade.

Whats the point in that? Its cheaper for full unlock or CID downgrade.
