hello, i just debranded my satio, and after that, tv out doesnt work, please somebody help me |

i had the same problem i had to re-install the firmware to get it working again, it gets rid of all apps, setting, games e.t.c |

well i reinstalled the firmware but nothing, i have R1CA custmized BR i think is generic but for some reason dont let me see the video or photo on tv just a black screen, before update i could |

try taking out your memory card then try the tv out |

i tried and nothing maybe i have to do some adjustemets but i dont know how, because on accesories tv are profiles, and i debranded my phone completly with new software or maybe was the update, please some help!!!! |

do a factory reset, then install firmware again via seus if this doesn't fix it then I don't know, i debranded mine from VF UK and everything works fine. |

My Satio is not branded and I updated it to latest fw, tv-out woking normally, the only thing i'm missing after the update is Picasa Web album service

same FW i.e. the latest, unless you have a problem with the cable sounds like your device has developed a fault or you're doing something wrong when connecting it, the TV out should show the music player also, is it set correctly to the TV format etc - have you tried another TV |

well in that case i have a problem because i debranded from my operator and my warranty is gone, i have to pay again for rebrand again, and take my warranty, well thanks anyway |

hello, i just went to my operator and they told me for accesories there is no warranty, so sad, i dont know what to do, the extrange thing is before the first update worked fine, i did not make back up for my settings, maybe that is the problem, and i dont know how to restore them, i dont know if anybody can help me, i flashed my phone several times and nothing..  |

absolute bollocks, tv out is a function of the phone just like camera audio etc, it should be covered under warranty if it stops working, go back and demand they fix it, and if they stick to this line of nonesense ask to see where the warranty states this particular querk, an accessory to me means something outside the device, TV out is an internal full function of the device not an accessory, the cable could be described as an accessory but not something internal on the device, sounds like a missunderstanding, you need to tell them that the phone has stopped outputing a signal to view on an external device
i still cannot see how debranding has caused this and TBH I doubt it.
