That's highly improbable. Maybe he's selling a Prototype. Btw PhoneArena has previewed the Vivaz.

Everything is turning positive for Vivaz and nobody can really fault it. What i do really like is the compact dimension. |

2 varients of the Vivaz have been announced today. We're getting the Vivaz and the Vivaz Pro. Both the same except the Pro varient has a full slide out keyboard (landscape slide)
I tried sniffing coke once but didnt like it. The bubbles kept going up my nose  |

Another difference outside the keyboard is the Vivaz Pro has a 5MP camera, not an 8MP like the original.

lovely! I myself do not care about the camera. Now we need real use reviews....
Both this and the X10 mini look delicious. But I find a pity that the X10 mini has such a tiny screen. It looks just like my w995's.

Play.com has a release date of 5th March for this... sounds likely considering we have seen unboxing videos from SE. Should mean it was very close to shipping (hopefully)

Vivaz seems to have fantastic image quality. Only downer being no xenon flash. But for the nightclub shots of friends, for example, they are usually taken quite close up, so the LED flash 'may' be powerful enough for those type of situations. Obviously it wont light up a room though
