As we all know that all the Android powered phones with Google branding at the back are selling well and bring the fad. Last year, the HTC Magic is the rage, and with the successful launch of the HTC Hero which followed quickly by Motorola and made its powerful Android phone, Milestone. And now, let’s welcome Nexus one, sold exclusively through Google and manufactured by HTC. Coming with impressive Spec: 3.7” display, 5MP camera with flash, 1GHz Snapdragon processor and more. Let’s go through it one by one.

What’s inside the box? The Phone, stereo headsets, microUSB data cable and AC adapter, a pouch and user guide.

Nexus One is probably HTC’s best looking phone to date. The 3.7” display domains the front of the phone and four buttons below the screen plus a trackball. The 800 x 480 pixels AMOLED screen of Nexus One is excellent. You can feel the colors are jumping out at you. And the animation here is also fun. Putting your fingertip on the screen to create the interception point of the color strips, and then you can feel the bomb after they met the point. Everything is so vivid and bright here.

The 3.5mm jack and the power switch are on the top.

The microUSB along with some brass filling dock connectors are on the bottom and the microphone is just next to it.

On the left side, you’ll find the volume control.

Here’s the main menu of Nexus One. This time Nexus One has upgraded to run the Android 2.1 which takes the visuals to the next level.

Plus, 1GHz Snapdragon power, everything from 3D effects to animations to opening apps to loading webpages is noticeably faster.

The onscreem keyboard remains very good here. However, it missed the other keyboard options afforded by Sense UI.

One of the standout features of Android 2.1 is the voice-to-text feature. Every text field can be filled using this function even when you are during web browsing. You have to touch the search button on the screen to activate the voice-to-text function here.

Nexus One got second microphone at the back for active noise cancellation. With new Adroid 2.1, powerful 1GHz Snapdragon processor, bigger screen, multitasking function and nice outlook, for sure, Nexus is the most powerful Android Phone to date. But some now features like multitouch and Bluetooth voice dialing missing on it. So, Nexus One may not be perfect, but a high-class device to get all your attention.
