my t68i just turned a month old a few days ago and this started to happen:

- turns itself off inside the belt holster, reverting to PIN
- voice dialing all f**ked up - sometimes it repeats the voice command in my happy ear and reverts to normal without doing any call , other times it informs me that there are no voice commands enabled

CAN U f**kIN BELIEVE THIS?

What is your sw version? I think an upgrade will fix it. At least upgrading fixed my friends auto shut down problem...

I have the same SW version, only have it a couple of weeks so hope I don't run into your problems as I can't get it flashed anytime soon.

R2e is among the more stable versions. I had it for quite some time but have upgraded to r6a recently.

The first two T68m s that I had suffered from hanging whenever I received a text message , but so far my 3rd T68m with R5A020 (now 3 months old) seems okay. The best thing will be to take it back to the shop where you purchased it (with the receipt) and use the battery to check out any replacement for faults before you leave the shop.

Hey Portuense!

My t68i has the same hanging probs... FW is R2A014 and I really get pissed when I see the PIN request after a hang and don't know for how long it has been "offline"!

Probably I've lost a couple of calls because of this prob... and it really pisses me off

I've should have upgraded the FW version by now, but I'm a bit lazy

Nevertheless, still rulz!

Man,

Sometimes my IR don't seem to work properly... Sometimes the connection gets lost with my IR port. And I think this is due to a fall that my t68i suffered, because the IR on my PC is fine.
It suffered some "severe injuries" on the shell, but I really hope that no internal hardware was affected :-/

Cya!
