hi all
as title, formatting memory card, any other way to do it besides from a pc or phone?

or, anyway i can do it from my k850? i thought phones allowed us to format the card???

? It's best to do it in your phone. K850> menu> organiser> file maneger> options> memory status> memory card> options> format memory card.

Yeah tried that but i dont get that option on my phone. And i cant access the card on my pc. I think there is something wrong with the card. On my phone it says no files, when in fact there's a couple gb's on there

Maybe the card is damaged. Did you try another m2?

yes the others have worked fine. will try format in other phones at work if it works

May be your memory card holder of your K850i is damaged. It is showing no files means your card is not detected by your phone.
Which other card is working in your phone? Micro sd or m2 ?

My card slot is also damaged by frequent pulling and inserting the card. So i keep it in and connect it by usb cable via phone. When i pull out my card, i have to be very patient to put it back in slot. I would put it very slowly and steadily to detect. Once it is detected, i have no problem in using it. You can also try that.

nothing is wrong with the phone

ive tried it on numerous phones at work too. no luck
