Hi!
My w902 has an issue with the light of the keypad. When I go into the walkman player, the keypad turns orange and it would not turn off, even when the screen's light completely turn off. I don't know if it's normal this way or my fone got a problem. I would like to know your ideas, thank in advance!

Update via SEUS: http://www.sonyericsson.com/c[....]te_Service_Setup-2.9.12.29.exe
And your problem must be solved.
Sorry for bad english.

I'd updated my phone to the latest firmware but it couldn't solve the problem. In addition, my phone's fast port is suck. I hear the sound only on the left ear when listening to the music with hpm77 , they can't connect the right way.

Dunno why the keypad backlight won't turn off, if you've tried SEUS, try a hard reset after that and if it persists, it's probably some hardware circuitry problem. But if it doesn't affect the performance of the phone, I guess there won't be a strong reason to send it to a service centre yet. Regarding the fastport, all DB3150 phones onwards have the same flimsy and fragile fastport so when charging or plugging in accessories, do it in the gentlest manner or you might damage it in the long run. But more often than not you can solve your problem by brushing the contact pins (for both W902 and HPM-77) with a clean, dry toothbrush. I even have a dedicated toothbrush for this purpose Brush the dust off the fastport and your problem will be solved

I'll try to brush the contact pin. Thanks for the advice.
