Just read this regarding O2 trials for 4G services in Slough. I think its great although they need to concentrate on their existing 3G at the moment as its still patchy www.mobilecomputermag.co.uk/news/091215/o2-4g-network-up-and-running-in-slough-20-times-faster-than-3g

Agreed their 2G is pretty slow although now the iPhone is around and about in other networks, it may improve

Actually my brother just moved to O2 pay and go and he says the HSDPA around here now is very slick and fast. Must be network improvements since i was last with them. 2G on most networks is slow but oddly enough he said the O2 3G he has found to be faster than when he was on Orange. There you have it things do improve. It will interesting to see this happen in real life
