I can choose a replacement handset for my hunk of junk c905. I'm looking for a comparable handset. Maybe even not SE. Can anybody recommend one that is reliable but has similar or better functionality please? I like the camera on the phone, the wifi and with opera mini it works well on the net.
thanks |

Hi sorry for the late reply. I had to go out. I've not been offered anything but it would be a up to date comparable phone I believe. I thought maybe the Satio but is that a poor UI? |

i would suggest Aino or W995, Aino is more latest, elegant and the build quality is good

Is this forum a reflection of the love for SEE currently as it seems to be dying. In past years this thread would have been pages.
Anyway I digress. I've ordered a new phone. I'm moving away from SE for the first time since I've had a mobile phone. It started with my T18 then moved through T28, Z5, P900, P910, P990, C905 (hunk of junk) and I've now moved to a Blackberry bold 9700.
I have 5 months left on my contract. The X10 will be the phone that may make me return to SE. |

Yeah I guess people are out and about sorting their NYE celebrations. It's more a general feeling I've had reading the forums these past few months. I hope I'm wrong because SE have made some great phones.
Happy new year everybody. |

Yeah, I know what you're saying. Although, I think the same thing has been going on for a year at least.
I've seen members who used to be good SE fans disappear for months, only to come back and be so 100% flag-burning anti-SE that you wonder why they ever did come back to an SE forum. I think they may have spent some time on one of the other boards.

Congratulations on you BB 9700!
I am actually looking to get that phone next week on my upgrade as I also am fed up with SE screwing up time and again. They still remain my favourite brand but until they sort themselves out financially, software-wise and timely releases of their phones I am looking elsewhere.

Just want to conclude this thread by saying the Bold 9700 is a fantastic phone and has put the nail in the coffin of SE for me. Thanks to all on this forum over the years who've helped me and I hope I've managed to help others at times too. Ii doubt I'll be back unless SE have a big change of fortunes. |
