Just follow this very simple tut on how to activate gprs on nokia china phones:
Just text Set(space)N70 to 211.
Ex. Set N70 and send it to 211 for smart users only.
[Note] Always use N70 as your phone model when activating your gprs. Even if your phone is N95, E73, 5310XM, etc., as long as it is a china phone or cloned phone.
For globe users just try,  never tried it on globe telecom.
Ex. Text GO N70 send to 2951 for Globe users

Tnx papa physix for ds informative posts, jeje, anyway, ds s working w/ many china f0nes i have c0nnectd w/ intrnt, ahm, me ibang f0nes na aftr u txt/subscribe ur gprs settngs, eh nkakatanggap ka nlang ng n0tficati0n na ur gprs were activated taz d mu ntangap c0nfg fr0m netw0rk, e2 gwen u, manual nyu nlang settngs nyu, see manual settngs xa ibang t0pcs, gaya nga ung ke ate abs0lute ab0ut fresh new s40 proxies. gudluck!
