Hacking phone, please help, rompatcher+ trouble! |

Hi everyone
Please help me, I had my satio phone hacked fine before no problems, but was having a few other problems with the phone so have re-flashed the firmware.
I am trying to re-hack my phone but it won't work! I re-install "Hello" and it installs Rompatcher, then I click on this and all I get is a dialogue box saying if you like this software, then go to this website..., and the only thing i can then click on is ok at the bottom, and this then exists the application, There is no options box to click that will take you to the bit where you highlight and green tick those two boxes to complete the installation, what am i doing wrong now?
Regretting even bothering re-flashing now, Had so many great things on my phone like nokia maps, and now it's back to being basic and practically useless as I cant install anything on it! | |

rom patcherplus is installed on the flash card by default i think. I dont have the exact details under which hidden folder it could be... But i'm thinking if you've faulty flash card i wonder if thats why you can't get past the ok button.
Steps i'd take if this happened to me, are grab/backup stuff off of the flash, like music,pics, video..stuff that you've put there... And reformat the flash... You'll lose stuff like worldmate that is installed there at factory .. You could take a backup of the whole card to be sure.. And then reformat the flash card and try again...
As i said its something that i'd only do, and as a last resort. I've reformatted my flash card before and but put back the SAME files. But your case hasn't happened to me so maybe i'd try some other suggestions maybe contact the devs.

Mate you are a lifesaver!
I havent formatted my card yet, as I have a 16gb and have a lot on it, In the mean time I have managed to self sign the apps I want to get them to work on my phone for now.
But I tried launching Hello from the 8gb card that came with the phone and everything worked perfectly, so now at least I know the card is at fault, and when I get a bit of free time I can back everything up and format it and start again.
