why there is no law that impose free internet access even through mobile phone only to the network provider ?
only access is what we are asking for,,,download,upload and other services through internet is payable..It is a very helpful act (if ever)that enlighten a lot of people in the future...its also lessen the hackers...i hope that this will come to whom it may concern.  |
