i have! a sony ericcson w610i phone.but 2 days ago accidently phones keypad is totaly gone i cant even switch the phone on.when i want to switch it on its asks me normal mode or flight mode so there is no key to press me to switch it on .i tried to use sony ericcson pc suite but its cose it wont go further then this pc suite wont let me to see my all contacts and pics and everything.se pc suite only works with file transfer mode which i cant see anything!!
so any ideas or help PLEASE!!!!

the actual keypad which all the buttons are gone there is no button at all on the phone.it came off after that accident.the only button i can use is where is the top of the phone switch on-off button.thats why i cant even pass that step to see my all contacts and everything by using sony ericcson pc suite.im jost wondering is there any chance to pass that step without any key then i can use it in pc cuite another mode then i can save all my contacts text and everything

Turn-off the phone and connect it to pc. It should be work with pc suite. Or it will go to mass storage mode.

hhmm... you need to choose when you plug your phone to pc and use pc suite

phone mode or mas storage you need push a button.

Are your contacts not on your simcard? Put it in another phone and read them. And your pics etc. on the memorycard? Use a cardreader.

So the keypad is literally gone? Evaporated into thin air i'm guessing? Let me see, you have no keypad and you're wondering why your phone is unresponsive, and that's supposed to be the strangest error ever. Did I miss anything out? I sometimes get very caught up with the alarming rise in regional and global problems but light moments like this bring back my laughter

Try a firmware update.

A firmware update won't bring back a missing hardware part, you can't even press and hold the 'c' button to do that What it obviously needs is the replacement part or to be at the nearest service center
