I do not know what version Satio comes pre-installed with. When installed, it said that the application is not compatible. But still when went ahead and installed saw some improvement in YouTube and BBC iPlayer videos. The videos are not that blurred now. The application can be downloaded from below link http://www.general-search.com/download/adobe-flash-lite-3-s60 Look for the link "flash lite 3.1 ­s60.sis" and follow the instructions and download.
