Old version of google maps needed |

i have had this app for ages recently i recieved an update message, after the update i get a serious unknown error message and the app wont load. can anyone please post a link to an earlier version of google maps please any help would be most appreciated. my phone is a k610i. in appreciation Rich67.

thanx for your time, this version does`nt load i get a serious unknown error message and asks me to exit and try again when i do i get the same message. i need an earlier version. the version you posted me is v.3.2 thank you for your time. regards. Rich67 |

Yes it will,but it does'nt have the feature "my location"..Except this every thing is working fine. |

can anyone tell me where to get the "googlemap" with "my location" feature..????
i tried a lot of downloads but didn't get "my location" feature...

you could do very dangerous things with the old version of google maps  but not anymore, they have changed it totally

thanx for your time ive tried both of them and neither of them work for me, an earlier version deos work but i cant seem to find it ive tried the help forum on google but no joy, i realy appreciate any help you guys, and ladies can give. many thanx Rich67

"my location" depends on some types,models of mobile phone, not all types supports this
im lucky that my k800i supports this
but even a gps capable phone doesn't have this feature like the n95.

I tried and installed Gmaps online on th phone..[K850i]
and i got the my location feature...
now my question is that does anyone know how to extract the installed .jar file frm my
phone..? so that i can take a backup of it....

use operamini 4.2handler browser to download the file after downloading.. it won't automacally installed, so there you'll have your backup file it won't disappear even you install it unless the file is deleted.
