hi,
if your pictures were better with R3EA038 then you can flash your phone to this firmware because camdriver will not change anything (it's still the same version)

well i was afraid that you'll say that 
i don't to flash it with old firmware since i can't just take the cam drive then i think i will keep my original one

Why do u say the old one is better ??? I have few concerns regarding new driver too,
1) Over saturated under Auto mode (Bad )
2) File compression has been reduced so the file size is increased ( around 2MB now) , and compression artifacts are somewhat gone now
