A girl at work dropped her T68I on the floor the other day. When she picked it up, her screen was ok apart from her Operator Logo had changed from O2 - UK to "Invalid Mobile". We tried the SIM to make sure it was seated properly. It was. Any ideas?

Just her SIM. Could it be a damaged SIM?

I don't think she has tried it yet. I'll have to contact her and ask. Cheers

if it doesn't work in another phone, get her to ring her sp and ask for a new one. they will probably try to charge her for one, but they are covered by a 12 month warranty, just like the phone, so she should argue for a free one. just don't tell them about dropping the phone, whatever you do.
