Which phone would you recommend? |

I am looking to buy a new phone, There's several phones i am thinking of getting although i am really not sure which one to get.
I am considering the Satio (Although with the problems with CPW & Phones4U withdrawing them here in the UK maybe they are not reliable enough.) Why do a lot of Ericsson's seem unreliable?
The Nokia 5800, W995, LG Viewty, LG Renoir are the others i am considering.
Ideally i would like one with a half decent camera although it is not essential.
Which one would you go for or recommend? |

W995 for music.. above average camera too
Also beats the Nokia in the music department ( not by much but it does ), kills the Viewty, I dont know about Renoir tho.

If you want the most bang for your pound I would say go with the Nokia 5800. The audio quality is superb, GPS is very sensitive and fast, camera is so-so, symbian allows you to install nice 3rd party apps such as tomtom and others. And you get a used one for as little as 125 quid on here.

Although not in the OP's list I would recommend the new Nokia E72. GSMArena's review shows that it has a very good 5 MP camera ('The image quality of the Nokia E72 is among the best 5MP snappers we've seen') and sound quality ('The Nokia E72 has great all-round perfomance that can make some dedicated music handsets jelous, let alone its business collegues').

The E72 is way too overpriced at the moment - almost $450 at shops in Dubai.
I'd recommend the Samsung Jet. Sure it doesn't have a "smart" OS but the resistive screen tech in that thing is as good as a cap screen and the 5MP snapper is excellent too, plus it's reasonably priced. If you want something with an OS to play with, how about the new OmniaPro with a slide out QWERTY?
P.S.: I'm definitely not a Sammy fanboy, I just think their mid-range handsets deliver great value.
