I am not sure if everyone knows that, if Satio hangs...we can hold the power button for 10 seconds and the phone wil switch off... |

erm... or just ring the handset from another phone and the backlight will come back on and you dont need to restart at all.

Or you could take it back to the shop and exchange for it a different phone that actually works. Just an idea.

usually when it hangs I remove the battery and then restart my phone,
if this works, thanks for your tips.

I have had my satio for two weeks now. No hanging. I did set the phone to gsm only as I do not use 3g/umts. This might be shy. |

I've had my Satio since 9th November on Orange UK, and so far it's never hung or needed to be restarted. Like Kish I also have mine set to GSM only so maybe this does have something to do with it |
