Found tucked away in a drawer, have used this cam a few times before getting my wide-angle Lumix (also for sale here). Still a pretty decent camera, require two AA batteries. In good nick, no marks on the LCD, has only seen light usage. Specs:
6.2 megapixels, CCD sensor, ISO 80-1250, 3x optical + 5x digital zoom. More specs here.
Cash offers only please, not looking for much.

Does it come with any accessories like USB cable, etc, is it boxed?

It's not boxed, but comes with usb cable and 2gb sd card. It does however have a kodak pouch to carry it in.

I'm very undecisive about things, i went off the lumix because it lacked manual controls and had preset scenes instead.

It has manual controls too, there's a lot you can set, no need to pick a scene mode or use Ai, you can set the iso manualy and some other stuff, but then again it's not a dslr I've sold the Lumix now on a Dutch forum, pending payment.
Seems the digicams are a lot more expensive there than here, maybe due to the low pound. I have no used the Kodak in ages so I'm not sure what kind of manual controls you're after but I can check it out for you if I know what to look for.

I read the Lumix manual, only thing controlable seemed to be the iso, and image stabilizer, i like to have manual iso , sharpness , contrast , saturation, and some control over the shutter speed so i can set it to 1sec etc.

Ah, ok, I will have a look and see what the Kodak can and can not do, or did you already read the manual ?

Now i've read the manual, and it appears to also lack manual settings has even less than the Lumix, looks like i'll have to keep looking for a replacement for my cheapo canon A470.

Fair enough. If you require a lot of manual controls, you need a dslr I think. Most compacts don't have much to offer, the audience they're target is simple point and shoot users.
