Hi,

I have a O2 branded phone and it comes with a Adobe Reader (trial version). I now want to get rid of the software as I do not need it. But when I go to Application Manager > Installed Applications, this is not listed !! The application is still occupying space on the phone. I click on the app and it says trial expired now buy.

Any clue from anyone how to remove this will help.

It's pathetic that you have to pay (quite a lot of money) for an app to view a PDF - and it isn't even that good!

Meanwhile, you don't pay for RoadSync except the version on the device doesn't work properly with GMail - and the version that claims to be fixed can't be installed as you've already got it. It also doesn't seem likely that you'll be able to update apps like Google Maps - while the GMail app doesn't remember your password and asks for it after you view a single message.

I do not know much about how the Adobe reader LE is ... but I do not need and want to get rid of it. It won't

I thought RoadSnyc is supposed to work with Exchange Server 2003 and above with Active Sync. It works perfect for my company mail. No issues with it. For GMail you can configure the normal mailbox with GMail's POP server. That should do the trick. I have not done it so could not comment. Mine is configured to pull/push with O2 mails and again works ok.
