Can somebody please help me.
I would like to know exactly how to convert my mpg and avi files to *.mp4, can anybody please help me step by step naming what software to use to convert or please post a link that can help me?

take the quick time 6 pro and you can make mp4 videos very easy!

download mpegable at www.mpegable.com and then use the settings file here: http://sep800.mine.nu/files/manuals/
