Peeps,

I recently had problems with my C902 (crashing, freezing etc) so reinstalled Update of software, phone now works fine but half of my music is missing, along with my video. I've done 'Update Media' a few times now, and to no avail. On PC Suite it's showing all my music and videos but it's still not showing on the phone.

Anyone have any ideas at all?

Thankyou in advance

Noz

P.S. Thanks for moving this

Using your pc, check if the files are hidden.

Or you can try moving all the files from memory card to PC and then backward into phone

Were the mp4's downloaded from another source like from internet? Reason I ask is if you have purchased some music then update firmware you may not be allowed to play it on the phone as its recognises it as a different phone once updtaed. This happend to me when I downloaded music from Orange
Phone?? What phone??

thanks for the replies all!

I'm currently moving the music from the card onto PC and then back in, the PC recognises all my music, so nothing is being hidden. The music I have is all either itunes downloaded music, or what I've converted from CD to MP3, nothing else. WIll see how I get on after I've dragged all the music off and then on again!
