Today i compared my Satio with Omnia HD and Nokia 5800 displays....following are the things i noticed:
* Satio's display was slightly brighter than Omnia HD and much more brighter than 5800. I compared my wallpapers and
videos on their screens.
* Satio's display is sharper than Omnia HD which was obvious in video playback.
* Touchscreen sensitivity of Omnia HD was much better than Satio coz its a capacitive screen.

One thing i noticed that while watching videos/pics on Satio...we shud avoid keeping our finger on the light sensor on top of the phone (above where 'Sonyericsson' is written and right next to the front video call camera)...coz it wud decrease the brightness...

@Ultimatum
Could you please post the comparison pics please. Bec thinking for Satio.i mainly concerned about the display colors and brightness. I already seen 5800 display so comparison pics made me judge the Satio screen. Will you please?

@idumbakumar: hey...actually those phones were in a nearby store...and honestly speaking we wud not be able to judge the screen by taking their pictures...u have to see them in real and compare...i sent my wallapers and videos to Omnia Hd thru bluetooth and then compared both...Satio had slightly better brightness than omnia and was much sharper coz it has same resolution but smaller screen as compared to omnia...

I do not think Satio's touch screen is resistive.

Resistive touch screens are the one where you feel the dip when press the screen.. I was of the impression Satio is having capacitive touchscreen. Can anyone please point to the direction where is it mentioned that Satio is having resistive touch screen.

Yeah Satio got a resistive screen. You really can't feel the dip on new screens like on the old touch screens.
