The previous thread starts to get a bit too long.. So I post a new thread since the X2 seems now to be "available" according to sonyericsson.com
I wonder where this fine piece of device is found first in the shops? I want to get my hands on an English version with qwerty-keyboard as soon as possible 
I called yesterday (friday) to a couple of shops here in Finland, and they did not know any official release-date over here. I saw that someone mentioned that Sweden would get the X2 on wednesday. I wonder which shop this would be (in eg- Stockholm), cause i'm going on a business trip to sweden, and I would be return on wednesday, late afternoon  |

I've finally managed to put an order to Telia for a X2 but delivery date is open.... |

Given the recent pull of the Satio & Anio from UK Markets for software issues, I can see the X2 dissapearing into 2010. I can't see SE wanting any more embarrasments this year (not that the X2 will be, but just to be safe) |

In what country did you order it? It suxx that you did not get any delivery date.. 
I don't think that this should do any difference for releasing the X2.. They run a completely different OS.. So it's most likely a complete different team that is developing it..

Here in The Netherlands, the device is almost ready but the release software has to come somewhere this week. Dunno what it is in other countries, maybe the same...

I really hope the x2 will be released asap.. i'm using for the moment an old nokia 9300, and that really suxx. It's so full of bugs that i'm getting crazy.. It's slow too!

Can't they get this blody phone in the shops already???!!! This pisses me off that SE announces a phone in SEPTEMBER, and releases it probably 4 months later!!
Having pressreleases like this are completely USELESS!
SE should do like Apple. The announce a phone when it's available in the shops!

SE have announced that due to "small adjustments" being needed the phone will be available the first weeks of January 2010. |

I hope that the "adjustments" means a 1ghz processor, fm receiver and transmitter and oled-display!
